Almost Happened ....
Mens ASA SP. Pretty decent league and players. We have a 300 foot fence. The fence is 12 feet high.
A long, high lazy shot thats gonna be close to going over. The F8 runs to the fence and does the scramble up the fence and gets his glove over the top of the fence. He doesn't make the catch but it was close.
My question is would this is that a legal catch even though player is hanging on the fence ?
