I've thought about making a web page available on
www.phillyref.com to list officiating opportunities throughout the U.S. for visiting officials. Opportunities would include tournaments and summer leagues. A key would be getting enough contacts for "visiting assignments". Listed information could include, for example, tournament or league type, location, dates, pay or no pay.
