I didn't get to talk to Merle last week (he had something going on with NFHS), but I did talk to Henry Pollard about ASA not putting their rules on line.
I'm sure the response will be unsatisfactory to some, but there are always those who are never satisfied.
I was told that ASA's contracts with the advertisers prevents them from offering them on the internet.
From a business view, that makes sense and I have no reason to doubt what I have been told.
