TO admin for WVU vs. Duke
I am questioning the timeout about 3:20 left in the 2nd half of the Duke vs. WVU game. WVU had the ball around mid-court live ball, but there were whistles for a time-out, but they said it was Duke's TO. How can this be in live ball play? I saw about half of the WVU team on the court....was this an inadvertent whistle or a TV TO situation?
