Member of the year (official who contributes to our group on and off the floor)
Apprentice of the Year (basically the newcomer of the year)
Lifetime Achievement (for many, many years of excellent service)
Inspirational Official (an official who inspires the rest of us to excel)
Assignor's Award (official who bailed our assignor out through the year)
Host School of the Year (School that treated our officials great at their site)
Player of the Year (excellent student-athlete who treats officials with respect)
Coach of the Year (Coach who treats our officials with respect while getting a lot out of his players)
The last 3 awards are voted on by members of our association.
The first 4 awards are chosen by the board. We have documented criteria for each award that is followed by the board.
The assignor's award is chosen by our assignor.
We also give out service pins for each 5 years of service starting at 10 years.
