I am invovled in a 125 member association. Currently the only award we present is Member of the Year. This award is based on overall contribution to the group. It has nothing to do with on court performance.

Some of the feedback I got at our Spring Meeting is the membership would like to see more recognition of the membership. The feeling is one award spread over 125 members is not enough.

So what are some of the awards handed out by your associations. More importantly what process and criteria is used to select the award winners?
