That is true.. but these little fly ball things with everything a mess there in that area are real tough to determine. If someone was getting there, its INT and out. If not.. its not an out.

The point is, an umpire cant really get this one wrong. Its his judgment and he would have standing with either foul ball/int... this type of play isnt in the INT/OBS category, where someone is getting dinged.. either INT or OBS.. its either INT or Foul and noone gets dinged.
