When she turns 35. That's also when she can start dating.

We told our oldest daughter we were locking her in her room when she turned 12 and would let her out when she turned 35. Early the morning of her 12th birthday, we snuck into her room, slipped a noose around her ankles and tied it to her bed. Then we taped newspaper all across the outside of her door so she appeared to be "walled in."
She got a kick out of it! (Now she's 17, and I wish we would've made the knot tighter....)
