I use the rubber coated Fox 40. I have about 6 or 7 of them. Before I leave for a game, I soak one in mouthwash in a paper cup for about 20 minutes. Then I rinse it in cold water and dry it with a paper towel.
Don't ask me how I clean my compression shorts.
