Yup that's me. That was actually the first article I wrote for them. I've been on "leave of absence" all winter, so Carl asked if he could re-print some of my stuff.
The article is worth reading if only to re-assure yourself that you're not hopeless. What makes a ref the worst possible? A complete unwillingness to consider changing him or her self. No one that reads this forum or subscribes to Officiating.com has that problem.
