You sort this out...

Today I'm coaching my CYO kids. 5th grade playoff game.
We're home team. Up by 4 points. Visitors have 8 team fouls.

My player H25 dribbles up the court, and is fouled by V15. Officials go to report, but all of a sudden H25 and V15 are exchanging blows!! Holy Crap!

Anyways, now these two officials try to sort things out. One was a youth referee (maybe 17 or 18). Earlier I'd threatened to "go all Mollalla on his a$$" but he didn't get it. Actually I didn't do that. The other official is a adult, a cyo level official. The official for the next game, a local HS official was at the table and he helped the two.

Anyways... here is what they came up with:
Double flagrant technicals on both players.
My substitute would be shooting a one-and-one.

First off, the book thinks that "double technicals" are 2 technicals on each player, so they have the Visitors with 11 team fouls.

I argue that we have a double-bonus and should shoot two. Refs say when the foul occurred that there were only 9 team fouls. I tell him, I like his logic but I think he's wrong.

So, we miss the first of the one-and-one, but hold on for victory.

Should we have had a double-bonus?

Also, just tell me I'm right that the double technicals are one technical on each player.
