If your supervisors and other veteran officials in your area think that an OOB call can be ignored at
ANY time during a game, then your supervisors and veteran officials need to give up officiating and take up broadcasting. OOB calls
MUST be called at at
ALL times.
Our avocation doesn't need supervisors and veteran officials like yours imo.
