I'd be very surprised to see a basketball player jumping off both feet simultaneously.
That happens in gymnastics, not in basketball.
Anyway, one of the feet
is the pivot foot. If the player jumps, it doesn't matter which one was. I don't know the wording in NFHS rules, but for NCAA it is almost the same as for FIBA.
