Interesting... I do the opposite for sub varsity. I have found most players know they can not reach over the line but few understand they can move back on a spot throw in. Thus when space is limited, but not requiring of me to move the defense back, I let the thrower-in know he can move back if he chooses. Second interesting point, is only one player has ever moved back after my statement.
