There isn't one "officially." There is no "officials time-out." If there was, how long would it be? A full or a 30?
Officials can stop play in certain situations... but that really isn't a time-out. So there is no official signal. However, when stopping play in the type of situation you are thinking of, officials do often give the stop play signal followed by tapping on their chest.
