Well, there's the fact that the defender is clumsy. And where's the offensive team while all this stumbling is going on? Are they just standing around watching this happen instead of going for the ball?? So many things wrong here...
Oh, you mean rules-wise?
Momentum during play took the player OOB, did not intentionally delay coming back in, and established themselves inbounds before touching the ball. Nope, nothing wrong here.
I'm guessing a coach didn't agree?
