Team A has AP throw in. A1 sets illegal screen on B1 while ball is in the air from throw in. B is in the bonus.
B1 shoots one and one (no team control). A retains the arrow (throw in didn't end).
If the ball had been touched inbounds before the whistle, arrow would switch.
Correct?
If the ball has been controlled by A, the arrow would have switched and team control foul. No free throws.
