Welcome to the state of sunshine (yeah, suuuuuure). It seems you are moving here during our annual rain festival, which goes from January through December each year. The only way we tell it's summer is that the rain gets warmer.
Now, if I haven't scared you away just yet, I suggest you call the OSAA (Oregon School Activities Assn.) office in Wilsonville. They can tell you what officials associations are in your new area for each sport. Their number is 503.682.6722.
BTW - email me and let me know where you're going to be, etc. Maybe I can get the Welcome (Covered) Wagon to come and visit you.
