Personally as an official, I would want the benefits being a state registered officials provides. (i.e. lnsurance)

I was curious about this so I looked at the on-line directory listing of officials registered with the Minnesota State high School League....there is a Pat Clemons (not Clemmons as in the article) registered...his address is Red Wing
Could it be the same guy?
