Johnny, there is a conclusion - it just depends on what happened.
Again, if both teams played as if they were playing at the correct basket, then award the points to B, make the teams switch ends, and continue the game.
If A knew B was going to the wrong basket, then award 2 points to A and give B the endline throw-in going the correct direction.
This is absolutely clear in the rules.
