I don't think anyone was buying though. Sure don't see anything there. But we've all had whistles that we'd like to have back right?
As far as "if you breathed on someone back then, a foul was acceptable," that just isn't true. We have some old, old old-timers in our group and they have always been ardent supporters of not calling "touch fouls." Not calling meaningless contact is not a new philosophy.
