I see what you mean - the full '06-'07 books are there, as well as the '07-'08 changes and interps., but not the full '07-'08 books. Maybe they will wait until after the season to put them on-line? Maybe their web developers are too busy trying to keep up with all the uniform crap?
Maybe you can e-mail them and ask?
