Are you saying that if you give a verbal
AND a visual on a sideline throw-in though, you are
NOT going to call a violation if a thrower runs up the sideline? Same as what you would do on the endline?
Signal #7 for a designated spot and the verbal for it are the same on
ANY boundary line.
