Got the rule, understand the rule. However, is there a specific rule pertaining to this band being worn on the calf?
Never mind found the rule in which it prohibits the band being worn in this fashion
3-5-4; Equimpment and apparel shall not be modified from the original manufactured state and shall be worn in the manner the manufacturer intended it be worn.
