I did not ask if it was for medical purpose. He only had 1 on his leg. It was below the knee. But it did not match his white uniform. I just let it go. It was not worth addressing.
Earlier in warm ups. I did inform a player from the visiting team that the sweat band had to be worn below the elbow.

Doesn't matter if it matched his uniform, if it is for medical reasons it can be any color, if not he can't wear it...I think I can picture the band you are referring to, I believe it is either worn as patella support or for shin splints (any orthopedics in the house?)...assuming it is this type of band, I'm not even asking the question...
