If it's popped way up in foul territory
and caught, it is NOT a foul tip. Of course
runner has to tag up. Read the definition, as
suggested to you before. It has to be SHARP
and DIRECT to the catcher's hands and legally
caught.

TV broadcasters are always calling sharp
foul balls FOUL TIPS. It drives me nuts.
