Wrong. Individual states care. Quite a few use the NFHS Part 1 exam for both certification and advancement. These states don't appreciate someone sending their officials the exams and answers
before their officials are tested in that state. And posting the FED exam and answers on a local association web site is just as stoopid. It might not make any difference in
your state, but it sureashell can lend to cheating in
other states.
