So 25 of these are must calls in a close game:
False start by OL (seven)
Defensive line offsides (three)
UC (three, the last one with an ejection)
6 men on LOS (three)
DPI (two)
2 backs in motion (two)
Running into the punter
Kickoff OOB
Illegal substitution
12 men on the field after the snap
Running into the kicker

4 of these are safety calls even if not affecting the play
Illegal block in the back (three)
Chop block

5 are judgment calls depending of how it affected the play
Offensive holding (three)
Ineligible man downfield
Defensive holding

Of the 34 fouls called, maybe 5 or 15% might have not been called.

Not much officials could have done there if it is a tight game. We had a varsity game played so badly this year, we stopped calling 6 on the line in the second quarter since neither team could line up correctly and it was becoming a travesty.
