My mechanic on this type of play...

In a case like this, I would move a couple feet up the third base line and continue to repeat my self "Runner from third is out on a force." before everyone gets started good.

I had a similar play where the bases were loaded with two outs. The batter hit a drive to the fence but she slung her bat. The runners ran, the coaches coaced and the fans cheered. I bellowed loudly numerous times "DEAD BALL! BATTER'S OUT FOR SLINGING THE BAT" but no one could hear me in the excitement. When everything finally settled down, I pointed to the bat hanging in the fence and announced again "DEAD BALL! BATTER'S OUT FOR SLINGING THE BAT". The coach understood the call but I caught holy hell from the fans.

The next time I had a similar scenario, runners on second and third and a slung bat. I moved up the line while making the call. The runner from third stopped in her tracks and the third base coach stopped the action on the bases. Everything ended a lot more peaceful.
