In soccer there is that seal move where a player keeps bouncing the ball on his head- not that we would see it in a basketball game because you can use your hands but maybe someone might full around and start doing it so what I call anything?

The question that you need to answer is when did Andrew Bogut gain player control of the ball? ANSWER: When he caught the ball with his hands. The ball hitting his head is not establishing player control.
