A flagrant foul is a disqualifying foul. One flagrant and you're gone. In addition, the penalty carries 2 shots (by anyone) to the non-offending team, who also gets the subsequent throw-in at the division line opposite the table.

An intentional foul is not a DQ, but does carry 2 shots to the player that was fouled. The shooter's team also get the throw-in closest to where the spot is.

I believe that a flagant is like the FIBA DQ foul, and the intentional is something like a unsportsmanlike foul.
