I'm back with a snap question

And once again, not in the NHFS rules. Sorry again

Most of you must've seen the false start controversy on the Bears/Eagles game last sunday.
My question is not about that play in particular. Is about another play that Mike Pereira used as an example of a legal direct snap to the RB on the Falcons/Saints game.
The video is on this link http://www.nfl.com/videos
it's the NFLTA: Official Review - Oct. 24

at one point (around 3:24) Pereira says the play in question is legal but, as far as I can see, it's not.
The play should've been called illegal motion...
Joey Harrington is moving forward at the time of the snap

Am I going crazy here or Mike Pereira is mistaken?
