Consider the ramifications of the following rule changes:
Remove fair catch from 3-4-4
Add fair catch to 3-5-7 (official’s time out)
Add the phrase “as listed in rule 3-4-3” to rule 3-4-2b.3
What effect would it have on case plays 3-4-3 A & F?
