Brian = while an undershirt shouldn't show from under a dress shirt, it's not a problem to have a bit of black peeking out around your collar of a ref shirt. (The collar is black and it'll blend right in.)
Actually, one of the best D-I refs I know wears a grey undershirt for every game.
Always throws me off when I see it.
