That is NOT funny. Fall ball yesterday, girl swings and ball thuds toward pitcher, they field it and over throw first, now F1 starts saying the ball hit her hands, Batter ends up on 3rd. After the rotation I PU end up taking the runner to 3rd (don't ask) BU was in OMG positon at first? Anyway he rolls between pitcher and home. F1 is saying it hit her hands, so as we are walking toward each other I ask (girl was turned so if it did hit I was blocked by her, it contacted in front of her body) he said no, it hit the wrap on the bat her hands were well below it.
So as I am returning to plate, I hear R1 saying, "It doesn't matter the hands are part of the bat when I am swinging" so I started to shake my head, but THEN the one I had never heard....F1 says "Well it doesn't matter anyway we played it anyway so it wouldn't have mattered anyway" WHAT?? All went on and team won by 10 runs......fun times!
