I can see A2 coming off a screen not knowing the ball was "slightly tipped" by B1 and thinking she has the power to jump from FC to BC witout violation. Also, the only official that may see the tip is the throw in official...is he/she gonna give the "tip" signal
so the players and other 2 officials know?
