Being in TX your job is going to be a bit unusual. That is simply because in the past TX has done many things its own way and not as prescribed by the NFHS. So in order to locate sources for materials and information for your group of officials, you are going to have to find stuff that matches the way that TX chooses to do it. This will make it difficult for those of us here who are not from TX to direct you.
I would highly recommend that you first make sure that you have a very thorough knowledge of the specific differences employed in TX. Your state association and governing body would be your best source of info on that.
