And speaking of condition # 1 listed above, technically, if the player dives into the end zone (uncontested), then he commits the foul BEFORE he crosses the GL, and, thus, it's not actually a dead ball foul, eh?
Maybe nullifying the TD and making them do it over 10 yards back would teach them a lesson....
