I agree in how it looks. I was wondering what official ASA has to say about it - I can't find anything other than an undershirt needs to be white with powder, etc.

Umpire jackets are not very warm, so a layering approach makes sense on a cold day. Starts out cold in the morning, so you have a long sleeved tee shirt, your umpire shirt, and your umpire jacket on. As it warms up, you want to remove the jacket. I agree it looks tacky. But is it allowed?
