in first scnenario..A was to get the ball after the whistle..so they had possession. Now you have two simultaneous fouls after the whistle (sequence could not be determined). If penalty time is the same on both teams (say a minute for each team) then ball stays with A with a restart outside the box.
If sequence could be determined...after whistle A slashes B. Then a few seconds later B slashes A back. Sequence can now be determined. A is gone for a minute and B is gone for a minute (both locked in for the minute, non-releasable) but B fouled last...so A gets ball outside the box.
