off the top of my head--
-disconcertion
-thrower delaying going OOB to make a throw-in
-delaying return in-bounds
-kicked ball
-excessive elbow swinging
Some you judge immediately. Some, like disconcertion and delaying return in-bounds, you wait and see the play.
