I looked up rules ref in NCAA book don't have my ASA book with me. I agree that one foot in the bb when "hit" by the batted ball is dead ball foul. Put I still don't find refrence to one foot in one out like you do on hitting the ball with the bat with one foot totaly out of the bbox.
