I agree with that. How about when they are hit by a batted ball? Had this happen yesterday Jr college game batter hits ball it bounces of plate and hits her. I'm BU And PU and I are both call dead ball. Pu calls foul ball in box. coach argues batter had one foot out of box and appeals to me. From behind f4 though to tell at end of 2nd game if foot is out or not but can see rightty batter has not passed hp heading to first. So we go on foul ball. Looking at RB when I got home and it simply says foul ball if in box out if out of box. Should we apply same standards as hitting the ball one foot completly out is out of the box here to?
