I am pretty sure all bodies are the same. If any part of the batter's foot is completely outside of the batter's box when contacting the ball (with the bat, of course), the batter is ruled out.
I have had people argue that only the batter's toes were touching the ground. The problem was that no other part of the foot was within or touching the lines of the batter's box.
