I had a FED varsity game once:
7 innings,
3-1,
Home run by Harold Reynolds to win it,
47 minutes. That's right 47.
Baseball should NEVER be played by a clock . . . the game has symatry and that would be spoiled by clocks.
Of course I am now a RETIRED umpire and I can go home whenever I want,
