8-2-2 clarified by state representative

There has been much discussion on 8-2-2 and if a 5 yard foul on a TD was to be enforced on the KO and then there was a 10 or 15 yard foul on the try and whether or not EITHER could be on the KO, or if they had to stick with their original decision. Bin book says one thing, Differences book says same as Bin, and NF case book is not very clear.

Here is what I found out. I just talked to our state representative and he said the definitely have the choice of WHICH foul they want on the KO, even if they said a 5 yarder on the TD was to be enforced on the KO. This was the way all 48 of them at Indianapolis discussed it, and it will be emphasised that way at our rules meetings. He doesn't know why the Bin and Differences books say otherwise.

Hopefully it will be clarified on the NF website. He said he was going to call Bob Colgate about it.
