Preventative Umpiring?

Well let's see:
  • See a strike, call a strike.
  • See an out, call an out.
  • See a balk, call a balk.
  • See interference, call interference.
  • See obstruction, call obstruction.
  • When ejection is called for, eject.
How much more "preventative" do you want in umpiring?
