Now if this is something that others will have access to, then it might be OK, but I would still like to see less information.
I have for the last several years done several presentations and I learned that if you want to hold the attention of the people, you need to not have so much for them to read. You need to talk and describe many of your points.

Totally agree with your points JR. If you can keep the slides brief and bulletted then you can talk on each bullet point. Actually showing young officials what you are talking about is even a greater benefit (ie. show them what a travel is and is not, what and when a backcourt violation is, etc.) Other than that, the content is good.
