Mark is correct, but report the technical foul to the scorer's table first, followed by reporting the timeout request. Once the timeout is over, grab the Team B shooter and continue from there.
IOW,
do not do this: report the timeout, wait for the timeout to expire, and then after the timeout is complete, report the technical foul.
