That's possible . . . every age group is in a different location:
Big Lg. - Kalamazoo, MI
Sr. Lg. - Delaware
Jr. Lg. - Redmond, WA
LL Lg. - Portland, OR
So if that group was in Washington, it was the 13-14 year olds.
